QR codes
Each code belongs to exactly one workspace. The public tracking URL encodes a short code; analytics and exports always stay inside the workspace boundary.
Who can create or edit?
Owners and admins can create and edit QR content. Analysts and members may view dashboards according to policy. Deleting codes is restricted to owners.
Destinations and validation
Destinations must be valid HTTP or HTTPS URLs. Operators can restrict allowed hostnames using QR_DESTINATION_HOST_ALLOWLIST so campaigns cannot point to arbitrary domains.
How do I configure UTM and campaigns?
Per-code default UTM fields and a campaign tag roll into scan records and analytics. Incoming query parameters on the tracking URL override defaults when present. See UTM & tracking.
Asset export formats
From the QR manager, download SVG for vector workflows, PNG for slides, or PDF for print proofs when your role can view the code. Logo and error correction settings are respected.
Lifecycle: active vs archived
Archive codes you no longer promote; they remain addressable for historical analytics. Deletion is destructive and limited to owners.
For administrators
Quota enforcement ties to plan tiers—active code counts and monthly scan volume. Review Billing & plans and Architecture.
