Alerts compare recent scan volume against thresholds and notify workspace leaders when anomalies occur.
Who configures alerts?
Owners and admins manage alert settings. Thresholds apply to the entire workspace, not individual users, so escalation paths stay predictable for operations teams.
Who receives notifications?
Notifications target workspace owners and admins by default. Ensure those mailboxes are monitored during campaigns.
How often are alerts evaluated?
A scheduled job evaluates rules on an hourly cadence. If cron or the scheduler is offline, alerts will not fire even though scans continue to ingest.
For administrators
Deliverability depends on mail configuration. Verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for your sending domain. Queue health is described in Operations.
